Performance intelligence, deployed by our engineers

Hatch Launch is a 30-day sprint run by a named engineer from our team. We connect your stack, configure the signal to your org, onboard your managers and hand you a working system.

AI AS A SERVICE

Performance tools don't fail at purchase. They fail at rollout.

Integrations never get connected. Managers never adopt. Six months later the contract lapses and nobody can say why. A forward-deployed Hatch engineer makes sure that doesn't happen to you.

HATCH LAUNCH

$2,500

30 days. Credited in full against your first year, so it costs nothing if you stay.

Help Me Plan

What's included

  • A named engineer from our team, assigned to your rollout
  • Your stack connected: Slack, email, calendar, HRIS, ATS and CRM
  • Signals configured to your org chart and your definition of performance
  • Managers onboarded and a live 1:1 cadence running
  • A 30-day readout showing what the signal already found

01

Connect

Week 1

We wire Hatch into the tools your team already uses. No new software for anyone to learn, no surveys to administer.

02

Configure

Week 2

Your org structure, your teams, your definition of what good looks like. Tuned to how you actually work, not a default template.

03

Adopt

Weeks 3 and 4

We onboard your managers directly. Adoption is where these rollouts die, so we treat it as engineering work rather than a training deck.

04

Prove

Day 30

A readout of what the signal surfaced in your first month, and the decisions it is already ready to support.

NO BLACK BOX

Built in your account. Yours if we stop.

The integrations, the configuration and the data all live in your Hatch workspace under your ownership. If you never speak to us again after day 30, everything we built keeps running. We would rather earn the next month than hold your setup hostage.

ROLL IT OUT YOURSELF, OR DON'T

Same platform. Two very different first months.

Every team can self-serve Hatch. The question is whether the setup work competes with everything else on your plate, and what happens to it when it loses.

On your own
With Hatch Launch
Getting connected
Integrations sit in someone's backlog behind work that has a deadline.
Slack, email, calendar, HRIS, ATS and CRM are connected in week one.
Configuration
Default settings, tuned to a generic org that is not yours.
Your org chart, your teams, your definition of what good looks like.
Manager adoption
A link, a training deck, and the hope that people open it.
Managers onboarded directly, with a live 1:1 cadence already running.
Where you are on day 30
Often still setting up, with no signal to show anyone.
A readout of what the signal surfaced in your first month.
Who owns it
You do, once you have worked it out.
You do, from day one. Built in your account, yours if we stop.

BEFORE YOU HAND US THE KEYS

The questions people actually ask.

ON OWNERSHIP

What happens if we stop after 30 days?

Everything stays. The integrations, the configuration and the data all live in your Hatch workspace under your ownership, and they keep running whether or not you speak to us again. We would rather earn the next month than hold your setup hostage.

ON PRICING

Is the $2,500 on top of the subscription?

No. It is credited in full against your first year, so if you stay it costs you nothing. The number is exactly one month of the Business plan, which is how the credit is calculated. If you walk after 30 days, you have paid $2,500 for a working system you keep.

ON YOUR TIME

How much work is this for my team?

About three hours across the whole 30 days. One admin to grant system access, one executive sponsor to settle what performance means here, and your managers for a single onboarding session. We do the rest, and we do not run a weekly status meeting at you.

ON SCOPE

What is not included?

Integrations we do not already support, migrating historical data out of another performance tool, and anything that needs your HRIS reconfigured. If your setup involves one of those, we will tell you before you pay rather than after.

ON CONTROL

Who can see our data during the rollout?

Your named engineer, working inside your workspace under your access controls. Nothing is copied out to us. Our Trust Center covers the detail, including our SOC 2 Type II position, and your security team is welcome to read it before anything is connected.

ON FIT

Who is this not for?

Teams under about ten people, and organizations with no manager layer yet. In both cases there is not enough signal for the rollout to pay for itself, and the free plan covers you until that changes. We would rather say so now.

PLAN MY ROLLOUT

Tell us where you are. We will map the first 30 days.

Start with the basics. No deck required, and no obligation to buy anything. You get a written plan showing what we would connect first, what we would need from your team, and what the 30 days would produce.
